SHADOIT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD is not a financial advisory company, broker, exchange, financial intermediary, asset manager or investment service provider. It does not manage third-party funds, collect client capital, provide personalised buy or sell recommendations, or act as a trader, agent, financial promoter or regulated financial adviser.
The software is provided exclusively as a technical and IT tool.
Access to the software, platform registration and any function connected to markets, crypto-assets, digital assets, exchangers, APIs, operational automations or financial simulations is not permitted to persons under 18 years of age.
By registering, the user declares under their own responsibility that they are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to accept these conditions.
If the user is under 18, they must not proceed with registration, use the software or enter personal data, API keys, credentials, exchanger accounts or any information connected to financial or crypto services.
Any account opened with an exchanger, broker, crypto service provider, payment platform or other third party is a direct and exclusive relationship between the user and that third party.
SHADOIT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD does not perform, replace or guarantee KYC, KYB, AML, age verification, identity verification, residence verification, tax verification, suitability checks or any other checks required by applicable law or by the exchanger’s internal procedures.
Those checks are performed exclusively by the exchanger or third-party provider selected by the user, according to its own terms, procedures, territorial limits and regulatory obligations.
Any approval, refusal, suspension, limitation, closure or blocking of the exchanger account does not depend on SHADOIT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD and does not create liability for SHADOIT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD.
SHADOIT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD does not receive, hold, custody, collect, administer or move the user’s capital, crypto-assets, digital currencies, financial instruments, funds, deposits, wallets, accounts or assets.
Any capital used by the user remains deposited, held and managed exclusively with the exchanger, broker, wallet, bank, payment institution, crypto provider or other third party chosen by the user, under the direct contractual relationship between the user and that third party.
SHADOIT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD cannot withdraw, transfer, appropriate or change ownership of the user’s funds and cannot replace the user in the legal relationship with the exchanger.
The exchanger account, wallet, account credentials, authentication systems, security procedures, operating limits, API permissions and all deposit, withdrawal, conversion, transfer or custody functions remain under the control of the user and of the exchanger or third-party provider.
Any technical API connection, where provided and configured by the user, has only an IT and operational function within the limits authorised by the user at the exchanger. It does not transfer ownership, custody or legal availability of funds to SHADOIT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD.
The user is responsible for managing API keys, permissions granted, security settings, IP whitelists, withdrawal restrictions, revocation of permissions and any additional measure provided by the exchanger.
SHADOIT CONSULTANCY GROUP LTD recommends, where available at the exchanger, keeping withdrawal permissions disabled on APIs and using only the technical permissions strictly necessary for the software.
Any decision concerning use of the software, risk configuration, activation of automatic functions, use of real capital, API keys, choice of exchanger, choice of assets, opening, closing or management of positions and connection with third-party services remains the sole responsibility of the user.
The user is responsible for verifying the legality of using the software in their country of residence, domicile, citizenship or activity.
The user understands that trading, crypto-assets, digital assets, financial instruments, digital currencies, regulated or unregulated markets and any connected activity may involve high risks, significant volatility, partial or total loss of capital and unpredictable results.
Past results, simulations, audits, statistics, backtests, dashboards, automatic processing, technical signals, operating levels, algorithmic analysis or software projections do not guarantee future results.
Initial registration enables only a customer profile in simulation mode. No real mode, real order or real operational connection with an exchanger is automatically activated upon registration.
Real mode, where provided in the future, may only be enabled after administrative, technical and contractual checks, valid payment, correct authorised exchange API configuration and security controls.
SHADOIT does not sell, assign or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be processed only for registration, technical service management, contractual, tax, administrative and security obligations, and for requests from competent Authorities when required by law.
